Individual Eggnog Cheesecakes

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter unsalted sweet cream melted
  • ½ tsp nutmeg ground
  • Eggnog cheesecake
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp nutmeg ground


  • Whipped cream
  • Ground cinnamon



  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.


  • In a large bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, ½ tsp ground nutmeg , and butter, until a sand-like mixture forms.
  • Scoop 1 tbsp of crust into each paper liner.
  • Using the bottom of a flat cup, flatten the crust then set aside.


  • Using a large mixing bowl, mix together sugar and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Mix in the flour, ½ tsp nutmeg, egg, eggnog, and vanilla until combined.
  • Scoop 2 ½ tbsp of batter into each liner.
  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the center has set.
  • Allow to cool before removing from the pan. Place in fridge overnight.
  • Top with fresh whipped cream and cinnamon.
